Paxton Tait graduated from ASU W.P. Carey School of Business with a B.S. in Business Management in 2007. With professional experience ranging from multiple internships on the CBOT (Chicago Board of Trade) with a financial derivative trading firm, public accounting to IT consulting. Post undergraduate he has broadened his skill set to include an indepth IT expertise in web development/marketing and CRM software training/management.

Brandon holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Arizona State University. As the Director of Operations Brandon is responsible for the company's relationship between the engineering construction team and the financial management team. His background in engineering consulting and commercial construction management will allow the company to achieve some of the highest quality products and service in the industry. Prior to Eco Sun Systems Brandon has held many key roles in all different aspects of engineering and construction related fields. Most notably with his work on the $2.1 Billion Valley Metro Light Rail Project in Phoenix, AZ, and most recently with the launch of a green construction company. He has also recently been awarded a six sigma green belt for his work with lean practices and quality assurance measures.
